Customs agents at ports of entry close to Baltimore have continued to grab shipments of defective, unapproved, or counterfeit coronavirus-related protecting tools and prescribed drugs, the company added.

“Predatory scammers continue to prey on consumer fear by peddling these counterfeit or unapproved and potentially dangerous products as legitimate COVID-19 protective equipment or medicines,” stated Casey Durst, CBP’s director of discipline operations in Baltimore.
